So I did a "Bantu-knot out"... after I cowashed and deep conditioned my hair... Basically you twist your hair and then twist it around itself and when you take it out you'll get this curly look... You can also just wear the knots... So yeah, here are the results... Me loves! Now let see how long it stays... The coils look like this at first... I used some Blue Magic to separate the coils... ........................................................................................................................... And lately... Quite a few people have been asking what I use in my hair and what I do to my hair... Well, let me see... Starting with the perm... I get 4 to 6 relaxers a year...for the last couple of years I've been averaging 4... I'm a stretcher and I just found out... One perm per season sounds about right... My last one was at the end of September...Next one will be on January 10 2009 ... I braided it instead so who know when I'll get another perm..

So...I'm making a hair goal... My hair sits about a quarter of the way down my back now.... So, my goal is that it'll be at least 3/4th of the way down my back by this time next year... I mean.... I take decent care of my hair now...but I think I'm going to do less heat styling...( especially since I hate blow-drying my hair )....and more wet sets... I'm going to be trying to keep my hair moisturized and what not....and my scalp healthy... ........................................................................................................................ I just read somewhere that no one watches House, you know that show that comes on FOX... Well I must admit I love that show... It has to be the complete over dramatization of the doctor House...He's outrageous and we all know that if he acted like that in real life he most definitely would be fired and sued often... Or could it be that he is the culmination of a man who is lonely, and faith-less, and sad, and all those other things... I love the show, and I kinda think Hugh Laurie is hot...lol... I remember him in 101 Dalmatians, he played a bad guy... But there is no doubt in my mind that other people watch/love it too....

So, I've had my Styli-Style L3 Shadow Base for like 3 months now... And I've come to the conclusion that I love it.... Imparts a luminous glow and sheen to eyes with an opalescent shimmer. Ensure long-wear glamorous colour. Pros: Very good base, a little sticky and totally clings on to the eyeshadow. Reasonably Priced. No heavy shimmer in the product like other paints and creamy bases (shimmer is barely noticeable).Allows for easy blending of colors. Easily removed with soap and water. A little goes a long way. Cons: Very white in color. Sometimes hard to blend out(the product itself, not the shadows). Too much product will result in creasing of eyeshadow. It comes in a screw-top container (Yeah, I know it sounds silly but it would be so much better without the screw-top)

Today... I was going to make a video....you know doing a Christmas/ Holiday inspired look, right... and I do my video by natural light...so of course it would rain today...and be all dark and cloudy... so I was like.."no, that won't stop me".... so I decided to try and do my video in pictures....and it wouldn't capture any of the freaking colors! ARGH! So basically I beat my face for no reason today.... but I do have pictures! ................................................................... disclaimer: this was so much nicer in person/real life...you could see the golds, and cranberrys, and browns, and everything so much better... Like... This is my sorry excuse for Makeup Storage... I definitely need to look into a( nother ) Train Case... I had one... It died... ...well not completely...but it's useless, the clasp broke so it doesn't stay closed... So Yeah...anyone want to donate a train case to the "Christa has No Place to Put Her MakeUp Foundation" or the C.N.P.P.M.U.F.... Yeah that's dumb... Any suggestions for nice train cases, or makeup storage?
